We charge a rate of $19.95 for most of our deliveries, but do add a calculated delivery fee for areas outside our usual routes. Our goods are delivered in a climate-controlled delivery vehicle, to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

We deliver between Monday and Saturday. We make exceptions for holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) falling on a Sunday. Flowers ordered by the cut-off date will be delivered on the special day.

We are unable to take requests for an exact delivery time, but will deliver between 9am and 6pm on your selected delivery date.

We will deliver your flowers on the next delivery day.

We offer same day delivery on weekdays if your order is placed before 11am. However you are welcome to order ahead of time for next day or later deliveries. Saturday deliveries need to be placed by Friday at the latest.

Yes you can. Just select the delivery day in the checkout when you make your order.

Yes, you can change your order up to 24 hours before your selected delivery date. Email us orders@flowerbros.com.au to make a change. Please note that we do not provide refunds (whole or partial) on any purchases if you change your mind.

They will be left unattended in a safe location on the premises. If the location is deemed unsafe to leave the flowers, we will arrange a second delivery attempt in consultation with you. This will incur a repeat delivery fee.

As fresh flowers are a seasonal product, subject to availability, the flowers you receive may vary from the images on our website. Rest assured the quality of your blooms and your chosen style will remain as selected.
