Flower Bros guarantees modern, on-trend flower arrangements that they'll love. Each Flower Bros arrangement is made to order, specially crafted by one of our handpicked premium florists - not a supermarket flower factory.
All our prices are shown in Australian dollars and include all taxes where applicable.
Flowers are delivered on the date requested. A delivery fee will be added to your order, covering premium care delivery of your flowers.
Availability
We always do our best to deliver as close to our pictured bunches in variety and style. Fresh flowers are a seasonal product and subject to availability from our suppliers on the day of delivery. As such, we do reserve the right to substitue varieties and style as necessary so we can deliver a beautiful bunch of blooms on time.
Changes
Once your order is confirmed, you may change your selected style of flowers up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, you will not be eligible for partial refunds if you select a bouquet cheaper than your original purchase.
Customer Satisfaction
If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the flowers received please email our team at team@flowerbros.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the flowers. Should you have further questions, please use the contact form on our website.
Unattended Delivery
If there is no one to receive your flowers at the specified delivery address, they will be left unattended in a safe location on the premises. If the location is deemed unsafe to leave the flowers, we will arrange a second delivery attempt in consultation with the you. This will incur a repeat delivery fee.
